So I'm texting a girl who wants to take things slow... Now to show that I'm not needy,
I will often drop texting, but now there's a hickup

Me: I gotta run babes!
Her: Why?

I'm not actually busy... I just don't want to "over text" Any suggestions?

If you are busy, she can wait. Show her that you have other things to do and other people to meet with. Yes, you can tell her that you are busy even if you’re not, no problem.
