met her at a bar. gamed her up and things seem to be going great. She was smiling laughing, and touching me. During the mind of the convo she say she doesn't want a relationship. Don't know if that was a shit test but through me off. Just ignore it because I wasn't really trying to talk about that. Talk for a little more and everything seemed great still so i asked for her number. She said no so i walk away. Later that night my friend said she was looking at me but i was kinda mad.

Seen her the next week at a bar she sat behind me...pretty sure she did so i would notice her and i did but i left.

Seen her the next day and she came up to me and asked if i was mad at her, while putting her hand on my chest. I shook my head and kept walking.

Seen her halloween weekend and she came up to me she was wearing a masquerade mask and let me know it was her. We flirted a little and i was drunk so i might have been acting a tad bit cocky. well She bring up how she rejected me and i asked her if shes ever gonna say yea. She smiles and say she usually doesnt give her number out. I took that as a no and told her she was the one approaching me. She got upset and took off her mask so i could she she was pissed. She ask me if i really wanted to do this and i said yea. We just walked away from each other.

After all of this the next day i thought about it and i might have been able to get her number but i was mad and tired of her games.

Does she like me is she playing hard to get or just a attention whore. Havent seen her since so i dont know how she feels.

This is typical hard to get, shit testing, hoop jumping behavior. Yes, she likes you. The key is to not get all bent out of shape or continue to ask for her number. She'll keep interacting with you, don't worry. Just play it cool. Once she realizes that you aren't a needy guy, and you carry on as though you aren't hell bent on fucking her, she'll likely tell you that you are fun and give you her number. This is the way that girls weed out AFCs and get with only the guys who have solid game.
