We know each other for about a year and she obviously likes me (we meet a few times every week because of a common activity that lasts several hours). However, much of the pick-up material works only for girls who I've picked up and just met. I even asked her out very recently, she agreed, we went out and nothing happened. I tried to do things, but at the end, nothing happened, not even IOIs from her. Would she be cuddly and touching me if she isn't attracted to me? She also sits next to me, displays general interest towards me (when I'm doing the activity while sitting next to her, sometimes she looks at me /although she's often bored/ and approaches me).

It is so frustrating, I've had this problem before. I know I'm supposed to touch her, but I don't know how to do it, so when I do it, it often doesn't work out very well. I have read plenty of PUA material, but most of it either doesn't apply to the situation, or I can't do it because I'm too awkward. I have done very few jokes that are about our relationships being something other than normal friendship and she seems to stick with that idea, apparently. I don't think she friendzoned me, that time we went on a date was the only time we went out, we were only doing things associated with that activity we said we were going to do together when going out, and there was plenty of room for intimacy. I don't know if their mood fluctuates significantly, but if it does, she might have been in a mood for not being attracted to me.
