I need advice on how to end relationships without a) being a heartbreaker, and b) coming off as a dick.

Here's my situation: Picked up a girl at a bar maybe 2 months ago. We've had sex 4-6 times (and I've spent the night at her place). We're not dating, but she's starting to go into relationship mode. Since I'm new to pick up, I'm certainly not looking for anything serious.

How do I end this? Just tell her I'm not looking for a relationship? And I do have the balls to tell her face-to-face, rather than through a cheap text message.
