Ok so me and this girl hung out once about three weeks ago. It went great it was in the am so before she got out of my car we made out for a minute then she said hang out with me again soon. So last week the huricane hit us pretty hard so we didn't hang out. I asked her to chill Friday night( asked her Thursday). She had stuff to do but was very slow in responses and her last txt was late, I fell asleep and re txted her in the am.i said something along the lines of "I want to hang out with you but I don't think we'll have enough time today" She doesn't respond all day till about 10 hours later. Is it time to freeze out? What do you guys think is my best move? Also I think she plays hard to get we've had only one really good convo through txt the rest is just bs and she never texts me first. She also never responds fast only once we had a legit back and fourth convo. I chalk this up to her hard to get game because I think she likes me. So any advise to get her to hang out with me would be well appreciated.

Drop the texting and use your phone for it primary purpose, call her. Texts can be ignored, replied to off subject or worst of all its really easy to string people along even though you have no interest (easier to say "hi how you" then ignore the response, than "look seriously, leave me fucking alone").

If you speak to her on the phone she will think its ballsy for one and you can easily arrange a time and place to meet in less than 5 minutes as apposed to the hours of texting "im not sure cant do that time" BS
