Ok so I'm over my AA but I can't build a good sexual SPAM as I feel I would come off as creepy so it ends up with me just kicking back I kino a bit but there's no sexual tension or anything close

There is nothing called AA just go out often at it will vanish.. I had ur problem before, but then i started to be more outgoing, meeting new people all the time, then when your in the situation you dont have any anxiety.. just be more outgoing.. confidence is key.

Train yourself to feel that fear of insecurities, social pressure, fear of rejection or whatever then do it anyway. You'll eventually become desensitised to it and once you start escalating, using a kino or whatever you were previously scared of it will start to happen automatically. Then good things happen.

Also look up stuff on momentum, have you noticed how your first approach of the night can be scary but mid way through its the most natural thing. You can use a similar mentality to being physical. The first time you try it that night it may feel weird and you could get rejected, but the next time you do it, it will go smoother and more naturally.

+ Start with smaller risks and keep building it up.
