My friend is trying to get with this HB10.
The thing is this girl is a complete drama starter. He touched her leg one night tryin to feel her up (she wanted it), but denied him, and the next day everyone on my campus floor thinks he's a creep because she told everyone "he felt up my leg hes fucking akward" and blew it WAY out of proportion.... my friend is scared to kiss her! Odds being that she'll turn her face away and tell everyone "oh my god guess what xxx just tried to do.."
It's like she's out to diminish EVERYONE'S value. She has everyone wrapped around her finger to do things her way, or their value is destroyed by her socializing with everyone else.
When she even sees me I always get some shit from her like "you're weird, why do you have this".."oh".. blah blah. Luckily for me I don't give a fuck and don't invest anything into her to "dramatize" about. But I don't know what advice to give him, so he can get her. Ideas?

Not much you can do with people like that. Either you decide to just put up with it, or you move on. If you try to put her in her place, she'll just blow that out of proportion and then shun the guy and find some other guy who will tolerate her high maintenance control dramas.
