Met a girl a while back, last year
I know it was a year, you don't have to repeat it in you rresponses lol.

Didnt manage to get her number but got her fb, i was talking to her bit on there until i cbf, because i noticed i made myself nothing but an online friend.

Now, Ages later i popped up to her on fb. Went someting like this:

Me: Hey ____! Just thought id be random and say hi.
HB10: Omg hey, its been ageess!

blah blah about skool and shit, gave her a funny link w.e
Making fun of her a bit, was good she'd tease me back and stuff

Me: I'm off, talk to you weneva
HB10: hahaha Never! Byeee

My pua brothers, do i ask for her number online, set a date to meet up with her again? And if i do either one and she doesn't reply, should i just leave it n try again, or leave it completely? I should probably just leave it completely cos its been ages, or could i say something like: Can you let me know if you wanna hang out, so either we do go out and have a good time, or so i can stop wasting my time.

And be aware, i only want to see her again because throughout the year she's actually legit the hottest chick i've seen, and i'm good looking (or so ive been told).

Oh and off this topic, when on a day date movies or lunch or something. When you want to hook up with her, where are u meant to go? It doesn't feel right just randomly kissing in public which i've done before and it just ended up feeling awkward, i did it because I wanted to make my intentions clear though.
Is it cool to say - ' i just really wanna make out with you, lets find a good/less public spot'

You can either

a. risk it, and just go for her number and ask her out. High risk

b. If there is a cool event going on like a friends bday, shoot her an invite. Less risky

actually im having a birthday party shortly, early december.

Thing is, im going on a date with one of her old friends, and unless i fuck that up, i don't want them both to be there otherwise ill look like a dick if i go with the HB10, over the girl i dated.

Plus, the girl im already gna dte is relatively low risk, she's 7-8 and i know i can easily get with her. I don't think its worth risking that, unless i screw it up before my birthday in which case i will inv miss HB10.
