Every online or phone text mostly starts with a bland "Hey what's up". Not all the time, that's why openers were invented. But openers can't work all the time, say you want to talk to a girl you already used one on & and any other reason why you find you can't use one, their's a few.

So my question is, how do you change/transition a average conversation that everyone experiences. These are a few examples.

-Hey what's up
-Hows it been/How've you been
-What you been up to

Now usually from there they can already tell where the convo is heading, and won't respond, boring casual bullshit. "I've been good blah blah" and then you two start to share you're recent life story what you've been up to. "I've been working, doing this& that, blah blah" or whatever they say, usually never to exciting.

So now I think you get what i'm saying, how do you spice it up, & just have a better conversation in general? I know you can take topics from their day & etc. But what if those topics are flat out boring, or they gave you no material to work with?

This extends on past the opener to, but if you guys have a all-purpose type of opener feel free to share. I've only got the traditional opinion openers. Which seem to me like to much work & to try hard then it should be considering how much I have to type. And yes, I do get out, this topic just happens to be on text based game.

Talk absolute shit. Honestly, you'll be shocked to how many HB's respond. I will often open up with the most stupidest crap ever and it works. You'll find that most guys ask about day to day stuff, don't do that. Ask her something random that no one else would ask.

Saying that, if a HB every bores me through text, I'd simply tell her. I'd say 'you're boring me, I'm not texting you back until you lighten up'. If her bitch shield appears, all you have to do then is 'ahh you've lightened up, so what trouble you been causing today?' Or she may qualify herself and you can go on from there.

Remember one key thing, the frame is yours. Try not to question her much on what she has to say as it will turn into an interview and she will get bored of answering shit and not text back. Lead the conversation as much as you can.

Exactly what ^ is saying, I've found texting so much more effective if i'd just go and open with with something like BIEEEP BZZ BOEP WAP WAP BAM.

They'll be like ? or what are you on about?

Then i'd respond with, practicing for my dj examens next week, What you been up to this week?
