I've compiled this little pro's and con's list to help me decide.
PROS AND CONS of going out sober.
PROS
* it'll push you out of your comfort zone because you most likely feel uneasy about it, it's always good to push yourself
* the night will move more slowly, time wont FLY by
* you'll notice more IOI's
* you're unlikely to get frustrated/angry
* you'll look more awake and "present", more attractive to girls
* i personally enjoy dancing more when sober
* cheaper
* pre-going out is a lot less long, tedious and stressful (pre-drinking)
* on paper, i've technically done better when sober than drunk (an unfair comparison since i've had WAY more drunk nights than sober nights)
* always good to be more sober than the girl
* better for your health
* you'll be more "on the ball", notice signs and cues a lot more frequently
* no stressing about whether or not you're drunk enough
CONS
* MIGHT be less likely to approach girls
* MIGHT be less sociable
* might get bored more easily
Guys, opinions on going out sober would be very welcome. Feel free to add to this list, or comment on any of the points I've made.

Also please go out more than once a week. If you really want to get good at game and see results, go out 7 times a week. Minimum 3 times

And care to elaborate on why I should go out sober?

That's the actual goal of pickup, developing a self-confidence which come from inisde, and allows you to succeed without requiring any external tool, like alcohol, or approval from others.
And boy, I have a life too. But if you want to progress, you will have to invest some more time and energy in it.
