I don't know a book. But Brad P's 30/30 program does. It's about a year long and it cost about 80$ a month.

Is a very tough program. And you have to push yourself. If you can't push yourself, your not gonna succeed with it.

The most simple and effective program I have seen yet is by 60yearsofchallenge

my personal preference is easy natural game from gambler and 60years of collage.
Love those two, they have helped me a lot, and the understanding of women and just life in general.
