So I've been in the PUA community for around 4 years now, and over the last 4 years have studied many sources of material and posted on many forums leading to many lays in field. Last year after me and my gf split up, I went out, made out with around 60 girls in 2 weeks and slept with 4. And felt as though I still had it.

In recent months I have been working on myself, my education as I came back into education and trying to improve myself. I have noticed in the last few weeks after having a break from girls over the summer holidays I now have 0 game.

I'm really not sure what is happening here, I would usually go out to clubs etc... chat with girls, get numbers, and then ... However lately, I have had not much luck at all and the numbers of the girls I have got have not replied.

Although I havn't been doing so well, i had a period of around 30 mins a couple of weeks ago where i made out with about 5 girls and got their numbers, however it's been dry since then.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or got any advice on the matter? I feel as though my whole level of energy has completely dropped a notch or two.

Dude, the only thing you are missing is your confidence! The rest of your knowledge is still there, but being away from PU for a few months has caused you to doubt yourself. I am always gaming all girls I meet. being funny and flirty. If my kids are there, if my GF is there, I don't care...I run game!

Professional atheletes have to get back in practice after the off season, PUAs are no different!

Keep pushing yourself.

True advice, the entire piece, but i like the pushing yourself the most. I have had the same thing. But hang in there and keep pushing yourself. You really need to want it. it is not only that you doubt yourself, but also after the break you expect equal result when you 'come back'. You expect that you have mastered this in some way and seeing no results or not enough results is freighting. But just hang in there and keep pushing yourself.

Thanks guys, i will keep trying, its just so de moralising right now. I was wondering if it was because I am getting older and more mature that I'm finding it hard with girls 3-4 years younger than me now. We will see how it goes next time I'm out.

Girls 5 years more mature than guys, that should be your target range, something you may be doing wrong, make sure you are eating right and hitting the gym. Also look into the book minimal game, aaron sleazy is design for people going through what you are going through.

Don't let the problem compound on itself. It's happened to me before and I'm sure it happens to a lot of other guys in the PUA scene.

It's an inner game issue. Once you can realise that, your fucking golden and can do anything. Don't make your success with girls be dependent on how many girls you hook up with, how many numbers you get or how many girls you fuck.

Guy A can hook up with 100 bitches a night
Guy B can day game 1 chick

Don't be fooled into thinking Guy A is a better PUA than B. It's all subjective belief. Once you believe you have the power of control over your interactions with woman will you find your game improve again. Once you objectify your success on statistics is when your in grey territory.

yeah wish i had of now, it's taking the pi**. I would have usually got the kindle version but my mother stole it off me when i went to visit her, didnt have the heart to take it back.
