I have been a long time lurker of these forums. I had always been skeptical of the PUA scene but now that my Game is getting better, I have been converted into a believer.

I will tell you guys about my successful transformation in another post since I want to dedicate this post to getting help on something, which is as follows:

Sam is a HB 8 but an AFC would easily call her a HB 9. I met her through my University friends. I immediately knew she was off-limits because I could tell that my friends were in hot pursuit and I did not want to cock-block them.

The cool thing is that since I considered her off limits, I automatically used an aloof alpha attitude with her because I saw nothing to gain from her. I barely talked to her when he came over to visit my buddies.

But this aloof nature seems to have made her attracted to me and I feel like she is giving me so much signs. I ignored these signs and turned up my Asshole game a bit more.

At this point in time, she is living with me and 5 other guy friends of mine in a rented house. Every time I am a dick to her, she goes and cries about it to my sexless male friends (who are as beta as can be). But her actions are completely opposite of what she says.

Recently, we had a house party and her male friends were over (guys I didnt know too well). One of the guys came over to me, tagging Sam along, and he said "Man, isn't Sam such a beautiful girl. She is, right? What do you think?"

At this point, Sam was all giggles and smiles and she was obviously flustered. She glanced at me a few times, pink in the face. I bent over to the other guy and I slowly said "I guess you have had one too many!" and then I walked away.

2 days ago, I, my friend, and Sam went over to a nice bar/restaurant for a friend's b'day party. I caught her glancing at me all the time during the night. She was specifically looking out of the corner of her eyes. I also had this feeling that she was purposely drinking her beer at the same rate as mine. I completely ignored her and paid attention to everyone else.

When she was done her beer, she came over to me (I was surrounded by Beta males who were trying to talk to me), put her hands on my shoulders and said "Hey, do you want me to wait for you?"

This was completely out of the blue because there was no reason she would have thought I would be leaving early or with her. Granted that we both live together, but why would a girl risk being heard saying something like that in front of so many guys who didn't know we were room mates? Also, she had recently complained to my friend that I always make people wait when we go out.

What should I be doing in this situation? I feel like I could get her into bed but I dunno whether I feel attracted to her because I have never really wanted her that bad. It's almost as if she is falling into my lap and I don't want to ignore a free meal ticket. But then there is also the problem of both of us having mutual friends (beta guys who tried to fuck her but got friend zoned).

What do I do, oh great gurus?

TL;DR:
Room mate is a HB 8. We both have mutual guy friends. She moved in this year with me and guy friends. I decided I would try asshole game on her. It worked. She is giving me all kinds of signs.

But I do not know whether I should go for her. My concerns are that

a) If I am reading this wrong, I would have to deal with the awkwardness of a rejection all year long.
b) If I fuck her and then she wants a relationship but I decline, its going to be sour within our social circle and she could sabotage other girls I bring home.

Advice?

I didn't read your novel but long story short hooking up with housemates is risky. I've done it a few times, sometimes the shit totally hits the fan and you essentially are forced to move out, sometimes it's awesome and you end up with the world most convenient fuck buddy.

If it was me and she's a HB9, I'd take the risk.
