it is pretty good. These 8 personalities gives you a pretty good idea on how women think. It teaches you different ways to approach a situation.

This. And RSD is probably the only thing worth listening to these days as it emphasizes on building a strong core identity which will benefit you in every aspect of life, not just with women. And also Tyler often references my man Eckhart Tolle who has a lot of insightful things to say on living more consciously (e.g. in the Now, as he calls it).
