If you watch How I met your mother regularly you know what I mean.

On Tuesday I had them. I for some reason lost confidence and couldn't approach girls. I ate a little and approached one and got her number. And then I couldn't approach anymore girls.

Then today I texted said girl one of those standard texts that you shouldn't send. It felt like last week I was doing a good job. Now I lost my stride a bit. What do I do?
