I'm going to tell the story then ask questions.

So it's a normal school day, i go to my first class and stand outside waiting for the class to begin. Well when it's about 5 mins left for the class to begin this punk girl i've never spoken to or seen gives me the most intense eyecontact for maybe 20 secounds. I find my self thinking she was probably in her mind thinking of things in her life.

When the class begins we get orderd to splitt in 2 group we were a total of 5 people that day, 4 guys and 1 girl. Anyway since noobody in the class know eachother we just splitted up with out saying anything and for some weird reason the girl come to my group just after i choose with out saying anything, if that now makes sense.

Anyway where doing this little lab waiting for water to get warm and under the time i keep joking and talking to the guy and also the other group. They all laughed but she just sat there, she didn't say a word. But after some time she catches my eyes again and gives me another intense eye contact moment, but this time i look away.
A few secound later i knew i just missed my moment to get more contact with her, i thought to my self i should have said something like "you have something in your eye" or "you have some lipstick on your teeth", but i just didn't, maybe it was best that way? I don't really understand body movements. I thought lookin deep into someones eyes mean that you like someone looks or you trying to get there attention.

Question time!
This was my real first interaction since i joined this site. Now i'm looking for tips on how to get started and also what does this eye contact mean? When should i stop looking at here so that she doesn't think i'm a creep? What could i've done to get her talking or get some IOI out of her? Please tell me i'm taking this 150% serious and i really wanna improve any tips is great.

Okay prolonged eye contact can be an IOI (unless she's giving you the death eye) Next time smile at her, and sees if she smiles back. Eye contact plus smiling is golden, after this just strike up a conversation with her

My tip
Don't walk up to her and insult her like you said u were Gunna do
"you're ugly to me" is NOT a turn on to women, or "something's wrong with your eyes/teeth"
Try what the other guy said, "hi" always works for me
Also eye contact means "come talk to me" whether it's for something good or bad is something ull find out later
