Not really an IOI, girls talk to 100s of guys a day so really this a day to day routine for girls to socialise. Saying that, i could receive a 100 IOI's of one girl and still not get to f-close her, don't over think IOI's to much, they are usually just a small indication to escalate faster.
When it comes to HB9/10's they will often have attitude, be stuck up etc. The key to these is having heavy control of the frame at all times. Stop worrying about her rejecting you. Stop worrying about her shitty attitude. Stop worrying about your looks. If your worried about her rejecting your cookie, how are you going to get any where near laying her? You have to think you are the prize.

Personally I'd go up to her and tell her to take a cookie, not ask. If she says no, neg her a little asking her 'whats wrong with my cookies?!' and pull a face. If she says yes, when she puts her hand in the bag or whatever, say 'only one now, greedy!' when her hands in the bag.
