Just putting it out there. It worked wonders for me i feel like i don't need to try as hard with women and i do things more naturally. I'm funnier and sexier.

it worked for me after a week of no fapping, please try it.

also it may not work for everyone and it's not a magic pill

Apart from being much more productive it has a lot of positive effects on ur personality and the way you are around woman. It's simple, when you don't fap more incentive to game woman. When you do fap, you feel lazy and give up easier. There is a really good video i saw on this website before about this topic. Ill try to find it. It's pretty good and you def watch it
