I know that sexual tension is the cornerstone of, well, everything. Do you guys have any general tips on how to build it?

There's a difference between tension and sexual tension.


Sexual tension:

Laser eye contact + reducing the space between you & the girl + silences

(silences are key, key, key)

Massive sexual tension when you're just looking at her with intense eye contact and you don't say anything..try it out.
