Are you lesbian or just interested? I have lesbian friends, and they're SUPER aggressive and direct when they're trying to hook up. It seems to work for them, but the most impressive stuff I've seen is when lesbians go to straight girls at regular bars and take them home. I'm still baffled on how it works. They focus a LOT of the comfort building stages, but again, this is only observation and I'm not really sure if it is pickup or normal lesbian interaction.
