how do I respond if I want to LTR this girl and she is young (19). But I don't want to scare her away.
The girl openly said she wants a family and kids some day. Thanks.

Give her some honest answer that just doesn't go too in-depth. Like "I want a family and kids one day but I want it to be done right, with the right person.".
Satisfy her need to know that you're not just looking for a 1 night stand but without SPAM TOO much and keeping some mystery in there.
