Today, I was sitting in library of the university where I went for my masters (I am usually there on the weekends to read). I saw this HB8, sitting all by herself doing something on her laptop. Since this is the first week of the quarter, I am sure she was not doing something important. For, a while I thought of walking to her and saying, "Normally I don't do this, but I find you really cute and felt like talking to you. Can I get your number please?". I know that this is very less likely to work, but I just wanted to try and see how she reacts as well as to train myself dealing with rejection.
I finally did not approach her, but was it something people would recommend? How would have a PUA acted in this scenario?

Would we recommend you to approach a girl? Yeah...
"Hi you're cute. Who are you?"

What Prodigy said is fail proof, as long as you take care of yourself.
She will not respond negatively to any trivial approach. There is no reason to even reject you.
Something that can be answered with a no, something like, "Can I get your number please?" already can be answered with "No, sorry." _________________ A morning of awkwardness is far better than a night of loneliness.
