You did nothing wrong. The fact is, she's there for money, nothing more, nothing less. If she feels you arn't going to give her that, she moves on to the next guy that will.

She: Do you want some company
Me: Well it depends on what company do you offer
For me this was the decider to what could have happened next. By responding the way you did, you are essentially buying in her frame. You accept the fact she's a prostitute and question the services she can provide (perhaps as a mean of qualification) however you're already in her world.

So what is the pick up way to deal with this. Although she is whore she must have some emotions is there a way at all to pick her up somehow of course without paying her. In other words having her feel attraction toward me, or its just a waste of time dealing with such women.
As stated above don't neglect the fact that she's there purely for business. The streets are her grounds. Just the way a strip club/gentlemen's club is a performers ground. It's her job to be sexual, open you and get you attracted enough to part with your money. If you want to game her as any other girl, you would have to get her out of her grounds, so to speak.
One way you could go about this is to be honest. You can tell her you understand it's just a job, a way to support herself. That you find her attractive and want to get to know her at a later time when she is not working. That you want to take her out and see where things go etc. Whatever your intentions may be, you have to be clear about them. She'll appriciate it.

Did anyone had positive experience with girls like those?
I have only dated a performer. For my 21st we hit a gentlemen's club. It was incredible. There was a performer that immediatly caught me eye. I introduced myself to her and told her how I know it might be unusual but I genuinely do find her attractive (even if she is half naked). I understand how it's only a way of an income and I want to know her outside of this work, where I can get to know the real her, not the facade. She admired my honestly however told me she's not allowed to give out contact details whilst working. As I turned around thinking I had failed, she leaned in and whispered the time she got off work, giving me a smile. From there we went for a cup of coffee where I was able to talk to her and not the her alter-ego performer.
