We've been getting flirty over the last couple days so when she texted me today I asked her if she wanted to go for a drink. She said she was tired but maybe another time.
How do you guys deal with this? Should I ask again another time or should I wait for her to ask me? If she was busy that would be cool but tires is a lame excuse on a Saturday night.

"Another time" sounds a little reluctant.
I would wait around a week. Then send her another message asking her out for dinner or drinks. Make sure you give her around 2 days notice - it's polite and avoids the situation where she says that she has already got plans. If she comes up with another flimsy excuse and doesn't give you a specific counter offer, you should move on.
