My big question is how to learn and master all this information?

I generally struggle to learn new information I have to memorize in some capacity. I've realized I am mentally overblown with all this information so in the end I find I dont retain that much information.

Anyone have any good tips for how to learn this stuff in a manageable way?

You don't want to learn and remember theoretical knowledge. Just dive into the lifestyle and don't put too much pressure on yourself. Read How to Win Friends and Influence People, The Game, Power of Now, and 60 Years of Challenge. Meanwhile, start improving your hygiene and style. By hygiene I mean make sure your nails are well manicured, your teeth are in good condition, your hair has a certain style, etc. Start dressing well.

Your main goal is to build confidence. Once you have that and SOME theory of how to be charismatic, you won't need anything else.
