There is a solid 9 who waits/ bartends at a place I frequent. I've been going there for about a year, more frequently now that I'm single. I'm friends with the bar manager which is why I started going there to begin.

So the past week or 2 she has been chatting me up, first time I've talked to her. I'm new to the game and figure it's the hired fun game. But I decided to just work on my game with her anyways.

The other day my buddy, the manager, and her are at lunch before they go in and the topic of discussion was me. My buddy tells me im in, no questions.

Last night, I went in because I told her I would after the tough mudder. I had dinner and some drinks. She stayed after she got off and drank with me, some light kino throughout. One ofmthener bartenders comes in with another regular and we take off to the next bar. I get stuck outside talking to the bouncer while they went in. I used the opportunity to build rapport and hopefully not have to wait in line in the future.

I go in and find my group. I can tell Charles, the other bartender doesn't like what's going on between 9 and I...not my problem...yet...

I end up with 9 alone at the bar. Had her basically turn her back to Charles he felt uncomfortable and walked, would come back with a girl for me, I'd entertain them for a second and then focus on 9 again. Some more escalation at the bar and they close. We walk outside...and it's a done deal...I know for fact I could have f closed... But Charles was whining.

So, she can't figure out what to do, and I'm beat so I tell her it was fun and im off. As I'm walking away I hear her call a name she was calling me earlier, but I ignored it and kept walking. Marooned the corner I stopped to text another girl I'm working on, an 8, but my first model. As I'm standing there she coes running up and kicks me. We flirt for a minute more and then here come ps Charles, moping up behind her. He sits down. He keeps saying, "let's go back to your place", "give me a key then", "well I'm going home" (no he's not). But I'm tired of just standing around on the street and head home again.

Did I do the right thing walking? I thought it was DHV while at the sametime a punishment because she wouldn't tell this guy to beat feet, it was obvious what she wanted. I would have been more forward but charles is an acquaintance, I've PU'd with him and we go out. Had I not known him I'd have told him to get lost.

And my last question, what's my next move?

It sounds like she didn't know how to handle the situation with Charles there. She probably wanted him to leave but didn't know how to tell him that, therefore she didn't say anything. I don't think you should of walked away. Instead I think you should have controlled the frame to make Charles realize that you mean business and that his being there is messing you up. What you could of also done was pull Charles aside and in a nice way tell him that he is being a cock block.

I think in hind sight I should have called him on it straight up in front of everyone. Apparently this child like behavior might be his prerogative when he drinks...

Update: went out 2 more times with chuck taking himself out of the picture. The way he was acting everyone wanted him to leave. HG and I went out for drinks last night. Then went to another bar our mutual friend was DJing at. Ran into chuck. They had their tiffs. I called him out, but did it in private. In the bathroom. He gave me the green light and went home.

I gave him some advice, it was AFC advice, but its what he needed to do to be with the chick. She wants him to either be with her and only her, or let her mingle also. He wants his cake and to eat it too. He wants to f other chicks, just not have her f other dudes. So I laid it out for him.

This morning he was blowing her shit up about how he feels and what not. She seemed rather irritated with him, especially when she found out the reason he was saying all this was because of my advice. But she was digging me for it. I think it was DHV in her eyes (not that I suggest using that routine). I only did it because of how I was reading their situation.
