The situation is this: we have the same age, she is a HB8, with the right makeup is a HB9, she is very playful with some guys including me, she knows she is the hottest girl in office (She really is), she established the first physical contact with me, Now, I'm in "cocky and funny stage",but I'm stuck here. She just wants to go out only in group. How I can get to the next level before it's too late?

Going out in a group is a great way to get things started with her. Go out, show that you're the funniest, most intelligent and alpha guy in the group. Don't put all of your focus on her for the first half of the night - you want to temporarily friend zone her, in a way. Later on you can pull her off to the side and talk to her a bit and ramp up the kino. Gauge her signals of interest and get a grip on how she feels about you. If you don't already have her number, this is when you can get it. After that, it shouldn't be a big deal to invite her to lunch or coffee with you alone.
