Okay, I have a fetish for girls who wear rubber rain boots. So today, I was on a mission. It was perfect, because it was Friday, it was raining, and the mall is naturally busy on Fridays.

Again, I was just being paranoid. I doubt it happened, you just never know.

Regarding the legality, I think you are cool. I am not aware of any laws that prevent the solicitation of licking footwear. (I would still look over your local laws as there are some pretty fucked up ones.) As for the mall, yes they could ban you if a customer were to complain.

Personally, I would leave the money out of it. I think you would have much more success if you simple said: "Hey I am really into rain boots, mind if I lick yours.

Or, you could game a random, and once you get her back to your place to close, hand her a pair of rain boots and ask her to wear them. I think you would have the most luck with the second approach.
