Ive had a cute girl on facebook for a while, I mustve added her randomly, but shes got lots of mutual friends with me.

I had tried talking to her once before online but she didnt respond very well - fair enough I thought, she had never met me.

I didnt think anything else of her, until last night at a party I noticed she was there, so I said hi and introduced myself, then spoke to her briefly for about 5 minutes... She had to leave soon after. It wasnt exciting conversation, but it wasnt boring either.

Today on facebook I messaged her saying "well now we've met!" and she didnt reply.

Is there any way to break past this first stage where her bitch shield is up... simply attempting to talk to her is pretty futile. But id love to get to know her better... Its pretty hard when they dont show any interest.

Im not going to message her again, but itd be awesome if there were ways to handle these type of girls for future reference.

Some girls when you first meet are extremely receptive and love to talk... but the ones that are more reclusive... how do you get past that?
