I know there has got to be a right way to do this.....

Scenario: Its a co-worker, tho we rarely see each other and have different schedules.

She doesn't go out often.

One night we were out together with mutual friends.....many IOI's and lots of kino, but no chance to escalate. due to "too much paparazi" with us that night.

About a week ago, she facebooked me her number. I've texted her a few times, mostly some good stuff, I kept it short and cut the thread at appropriate times.

Heres the problem, she never texts or calls me, I have to initiate to get a response. I've stopped cuz i don't wanna appear to chase her, however texting/FB are pretty much my only contact with her.

I am really good friends w/ her roomate, who is a guy. He's horrible at winging this thing, but did tell me tonight that it wouldn't be impossible for me to fuck her". He said elaborating would betray her trust....lame.

I don't want this guy laying any ground work, as im a big boy and could do this myself, im just kinda stuck where to go without being in a situation where I can push her away. Anything I can do is only going to telegraph interest.

Advice on this unique scenario would be awesome, not just for my case, but for others who can find themselves in this situation.

It's not that hard really. Just set up a date

Pretty much all you need to do is to invite her out on a coffee or whatnot, make her interested in you, and she'll probably start texting you more!
