Hey,

I think I speak for a lot or rAFC's if I say a huge problem is keeping the convo interesting and funny. Now I know there are routines and stuff, but I'd like to work on my own story telling skills. By that I mean : make up your own stuff and know how to bring it!

I checked the forum if I could find a sticky on this topic, but didn't find one. It's possible I missed it ofcourse... but could someone direct me towards the topic or link a great site about it, it would be much appreciated! Or incase it doesn't exist yet, which I doubt, could someone tell me how to do it?

ehi it's a good idea! I'm new so i don't know how to answer to you... but i can say that..
Every one is different and have different strengths!
But the routines are general guidelines.. maybe if you ask there someone can advice you how to improve them!

Well, simply opening up to the girl is a nice topic, talk about what you feel etc. then you can transcend to some stories you know.

Google knows all. I googled "pua storytelling" and was immediately hit by a page of decent material, including 4 or 5 posts from this forum.

If you want some practical advice, try Youtube-ing interviews from talk shows. You'll quickly identify great storytellers. One great storyteller, in particular, is Gary Busey. I remember watching him on Letterman talking about his farm, and he had the entire audience, including Letterman, engrossed.

Other than that, just try to include as many DHVs as you can. Also, try to make the stories interactive so the set or target doesn't get bored.

Everyone, and I truly mean EVERYONE has funny/exciting/dangerous experiences from their past. All you need to do is work these real life situations into your conversations. It is less about the content and more about "how" you tell it! Be real, be confident, be dramatic and animated. If you are talking about the time a deer ran you over while you were hunting, then act it out a bit. Make them not only hear, but FEEL the story! Help them to see things unfold in their minds eye.

That being said, you are better off getting her to talk and you do 80%+ of the listening. You can accomplish this by asking good open ended questions and then expanding on her answers. Build a little rapport and then you can start relating yourself to her interests. Throw in some sexual inuendu and a neg or two to set the hook and then you are golden.
