Which one is better? Natural game or routines game. I think natural game helps a lot with ur self esteem. But canned material is also very helpful. Maybe a blend of the two is the best

Canned material is sort of like training wheels until you become a natural. If you are having trouble coming up with material, then just use canned material for the time being.
