What should you do when STALE occurs? A female friend that I rarely see gave me her number for nonsexual reasons but I suspected she was attracted to me, yet I failed to PHASE-SHIFT. Now it's been forever and wonder if there's a chance of starting something sexual still or not.

If you didn't have contact since then it's ideal situation. Just call her, set up a meeting and then take it from there. You failed to do it the textbook way, but real life is all about adopting and improvising :)
