Your not in an official relationship, so you shouldn't expect relationship rules. The fact that she has let you off about sleeping with two girls shows that she doesn't see it that way as well. Subconsciously she see's letting you off as a free ticket to bonk whoever, as you owe her an forgiveness. you have three options:

1.you forgive her and keep having sex with other girls, as well as her (accept you are effectively fuck buddies/open relationship)
2.you forgive her, you get into an official relationship with her and you stop the casual sex with others
3. you don't forgive her and move on

In my opinion 3 is harsh, I would go for option 1.
but if you really care about her take it to the next level and go for option 2
