Whats up everyone, new to this forum but everyone here seems cool so I figure i'll ask my question...

Anyways, me and my friends were at a bar and all the sudden I saw some guy twice my size pushing this girl around forcefully grabbing her wrists etc... She was yelling, "LEAVE ME ALONE!" and so being the good guy I am, I walked up to the guy, got the woman's wrist free and said, "Come on man, leave this girl alone..." he came right up to me, put his knuckles right up to my face and screamed, "I WILL FUCK YOU UP!" I didn't know what to say so I just kind of stood there starring at him with my arms to my side knowing that there was a possibility I might get knocked out. Nothing came of the situation, he walked off to push the girl around somewhere else and finally the bouncers kicked him out.

What could I have done to improve this interaction? The ridiculing part of me says that I should have said, "Your making a total ass of yourself bro..." The cool guy part of me says I should of said, "Your going to fuck me up? how about instead we get a drink and you calm down? (while smiling). And then the Angry part of me says I should of just punched him in the face hoping to knock him out. (I do know how to box a little but this is very high-risk)

haha, thanks man that response sounds 10 times better than what I said. And although I agree that letting the bouncers deal with it in a bar is a good idea, I think that I would have done the same thing on the street where there are no bouncers present, that's why I want to be good at dealing with guys like this.

Don't try to be a hero. What if that guy would have decided to clean the bar with you. Regardless of you trying to do the right thing you would always be remembered as the guy who got his ass kicked and dragged across the bar.
You said youself the guy would have knocked you out you had no game plan to take him down if necessary

Unless that was your girl or one of your girl "friends." Don't try to handle something like that by yourself.

I was in a similar situation once. Saw a girl getting pushed by two guys at a taxi que outside of a nightclub. She was on her own and no one bothered their ass to help her.

I was extremely drunk so I walked up to her and asked where she's going. Turned out we lived a few streets away so I said "I'll get the taxi with you". The two fucktards that where pushing her both decided to punch me one after another...

The thing was I was so drunk I didn't feel the punches so I faced them and said "why did you do that?"

They never said a thing lol, they just looked at me with an amazed/confused expression then they just walked away!

The girl invited me into her house and asked me to stay the night but I declined as she was a hb4 lol! If only she was hot!


I also worked in a nightclub doing the guest-list for the VIP lounge, when my shift finished I used to go in and chat to all the hotties I'd let in. Occasionally there would be some super angry AMOGS that would get aggressive with me or try to move in on my girl! I'd a way of dealing with these guys...I'd a great relationship with all the bouncers as I stood with them on the door while I did the Guestlist so they always had my back.

One time I was hitting on an HB9 on the dancefloor when this douche came up to the HB9 and said "what the fuck are you doing with this wanker" then he pushed me and then tried to stand in my way with his back to me while he talked to the HB.

There was always a bouncer at the edge of the dancefloor so I quickly signalled over and said to the AMOG your about to get fucked up bro. The bouncer grabbed him and I said for him to be thrown out the back door which meant he was to be thrown out the back emergency exit but anyone who went out that way got a few leaving gifts (punches) thrown in lol!

Man I loved working in there!

Wow, this is absurd. Ive stepped in exactly twice in my life...both time they were in my home at my party. Disrespect. But I have to agree with TK on this one. defusing the situation is one thing but jumping in to save the day with out a plan is risky. Six weeks with your jaw wired shut and not having a killer story will ruin your game for sure...


Side note: Im not saying its ok to hit women, never have, but some women stay with guys that do. How stupid would you feel if while your jaw was being wired she went home and fucked her macho BF that beats her... Its a cold world bro. Stick to your game!

My jaw has never been truly tested like that, sounds like yours is doing just fine. And yea unfortunately I was in Florida a few days ago when this happened which is unfamiliar territory to me. Had it been my hometown there would have been more people that had my back.

I once saw a girl get knocked out at a busy bus stop and amazingly no one did anything! Before I went over I told the person next to me to call the police. I grabbed the guy by the collar ( I am no Arnold but I am 6ft2"ish) and pointed his head towards the girl who was sparko on the floor and said "look what you have done, imagine she is dead now, then what?" the guy almost broke down in tears. He had two mates with him who were telling me to let him go but I kept them at arms length until the Police wagon turned up arrested this guy (his mates ran away like pussies) and took the girl to hospital. I even attended court and was the vital witness that led to his prosecution!

Besides me bragging im trying to say that people dont do enough now a days, you dont need to go in swinging but more and more dicks get away with doing what they want because people are scared, your well within your right and the law to intervene when you think something is wrong. Also, it makes you feel like a champ

In the U.K i remember a friend helping a women being beaten up by her boyfriend in the middle of the street. When the police arrived the women begin attacked stuck up for her boyfriend both of them started telling the police that my friend had attacked them unprovoked first.
