Location: Puerto Rico | | idk what's got into me, idk if it was the fact that I dont go out much or AA is attacking me again but I was today in church with some girl buddies that I have, and my mouth was like freeze I didn't had anything interesting to talk with hers instead I let hers take control of the conversation and I just asked question, I feel shy, very timid now and I was like the party of the group, I dont even know how to make guys friends, right now im a loner that go to the gym and university and thats all, so if you guys wanna help here, what should I do? how the hell I get rid off the shyness? tell me and I'll do it, some tips, techniques, drills or anything I'll do it im not gonna question you but please help me honestly dont give me lies.

Location: Puerto Rico | | ok you know what thats exactly my problem with everyone I met the other day I was talking to a guy that is in my class of history, so the teacher finish her class early so I had to wait like an hour, so normally I just seat in a bech, then he saw me and approach me to talk (hes very outgoing) so we talked like 10 min. and I was all that time worried about what do I say next, I dont want this guy thinks im a boring person, but after a minute a friend of him saw us, he seated with us and I was more calm because is like I dont need to think what to say next, the other guy can talk with him and I just trow comments, but im not an interesting person, so how can I change that, how can I keep a conversation going for just have fun normally?

Location: Puerto Rico | | Yeah I know im comfortable when im with 3 or more person instead of me and other person only, I dont feel like I have to be responsable to let the convo get bored, the only way I feel that confortable with just me and other person are with my best buddies which is only 2 other than that I need to be with 3 or more, but is the fear for not keep conversation interesting or me being interesting.
