Depends on the location and accent. Generally, Accent from European countries are sexy pretty much anywhere in USA and accent from Asian countries are not, but this can change depending where you live.

When I say location, it means depending on where you live. In Southern Cali, a lot of areas have a dominant ethnicity living there. So In those area, you can get away with those accent. A Mexican can get away his accent (some might even find it sexy) if he lives at a place that's heavily occupied by Mexicans, but if he goes to a area dominant by other race, is gonna have an opposite effect.
