I'm not sure if it just makes me insecure and if its in my head, but i got a very visual facial handicap (a scar from a split lip at birth).
I'm very new at this scene and only have just read The Mystery Method.
At 26, i've had girlfriends and a handful of sexual relationships, but i'm definetly not very "game" compared to other people out there.
Ever since i've read it (haven't finished it yet) i've been wondering if it's something girls/women will look at as an instant DLV.

How dóes your physical appearance relate to picking up anyway?
I can imagine being 6'3 feet and 220 pounds is something different than being 5'6 and 130 pounds when it comes to being a succesfull PUA.

It's not a DLV unless you make it so, it could actually work to your advantage. Create a nice back story for it, you were in the army and you fought a spy who gave you that scar.
