I did some research and most websites say it is good, but talk about how they like the Hindu spiritual elements in it. I myself am not a religious guy, but I have a deep respect for other systems of belief. Have any of you guys read it? And if you have, is it a good read, for a person who doesn't really have a religion?

They have far less focus on primitive fairy tales and are much more concerned with making you feel good about yourself. Meditation, inner strength, all that stuff. It's really interesting, whether you are religious or not. I personally haven't read that book, but I just wanted to say that you shouldn't let the religious stuff scare you away.
The books I tend to stay away from are the self-help books that include the word "God".

Even if your not much of a reader, i would recommend checking out the contents and skipping to something that looks useful to you - because it will be! _________________ If your looking for a wing in Brighton - PM me

I read most of it, and to be completely honest, I was not impressed. Pretty much everything was either very basic bro code, or a strange theory of energy. This theory, (he considered it fact) essentially lined up with the science of attraction. It was similar to things I have learned about attraction through science and the community, but it said those things occur because of feminine and masculine energy that flows between two poles. Pick up and science tell us attraction happens because of evolutionary things, like being alpha. This book referred to alpha as a masculine force that flows throughout our body and mind (and to express that energy), while science and pick up simply say to exert alpha qualities and do alpha things. It is essentially the same, but in a simple way. I appreciate your responses and your opinions, but I didn't care for it too much.
