I have this problem when it comes to gaming girls/hitting on them. I've always had this problem, sober, drunk, tipsy whatever. Whenever I am in a situation where I can game a girl and there are people in the vacinity that are either friends, co-workers, assosiates, basically anybody I know I get an overwhelming fear of pressing forward.

I don't know what it is, I just can't grab a girl and start going at it or getting close around people I know. That being said if I don't know them I really don't care. Any suggestions?
