I was busy with my current gf and she had brought up her ex again,cause he said something to her recently I didn't give a fuck what he said and at this point I was so tired of hearing it,I literally gave up. I told her in a calm and I was dead serious,but surprisingly not angry,I told her 'why don't you go be with him,maybe you will be happy again' I wasn't angry and if she left to be with her ex I wouldn't give a shit,I gave up. Then her response was 'why you getting angry?' Then I said 'I am not at all,I'm very calm' and I was believe me. Then she got upset saying 'I don't want to fucking be with him',this got her upset I said 'exs are gona be taboo unless you want me talk to about my ex',she agreed. What shocked me about this was how effective this was she has not brought him up since and she has started to give me a lot of attention. What I am curious about,how the hell did this work,can someone explain to me?
