Hey guys,

Im looking for some help with how to deal with this situation im in.

Quick background about me and the HB8, ive known her for 7 years, but never got to know her as have socialised more with her family. The last six months or so she has been helping me to lose weight and train for a marathon im doing and we have grown close.

Im ten years older than her, yet she considers me as her best friend and we talk or text all the time. Now ive noticed with her that there is a lot of suggestiveness and lots of IOIs but she keeps reitterating that we are friends and thats it.

This happens more often when she has been drinking but does also happen when she is sober.

I guess what im asking is she just giving these IOIs as she is comfortable with me and we are just friends or if these are genuine, and if I am stuck in the friend zone how the hell do I try and break free of it.
