Listen closely, there is nothing on planet fucking earth you can do or say that will get them to do it unless they are naturally inclined to it. You can kiss one and go for the other but that's it. It is not a crowning achievement. Sorry to say it. But there is not much you can do to "bring it out of them" in a subtle way other than just eventually escalating on one, and just going for the other one.
