Itend to find myself leaving a smooth, good tempo, lower voice to a high carried away child who carries on long exciting conversations.in the end i can tell a woman loses attention because i find myself trying to get every word out.. any suggestions!

It's just nerves. Once you get more comfortable talking to people this problem will subside. For now, try to focus on it a little and work on talking slowly and ensure you reciprocate in the conversation and let the other person do some of the talking.
