Basically I struggle with picking up ('pulling' as we say in the UK) girls on dancefloors in clubs. The loud music means I struggle to hear what the hell the girl is saying if I talk to her. Plus I'm not a very good dancer. Add in the fact that they're packed so touching and kino escalation is less effective in advancing the pickup. It also seems that when I try to dance with girls they're cool with it until I try to put my hand around their waist and then they pull away. So are they giving me IOIs or just flirting with guys all night? Any advice on how to improve this area of my game?

I hate trying to pick up on the dancefloor. There is already a negative stigma with it as being creepy and just grabbing girls. Most AFC's try pick up by just grabbing them from behind or grinding or whatever.

But if you are just make sure you come from the front and get some IOI's first. If she responds put your hand out and most times they will grab it. I usually do a stupid dance move and make them laugh or start a mini dance off.

Don't be a camper and just like stand there or barely dance and then just go up to someone. If you look like you don't care and just having fun they will be more receptive.

Yep, I quite often pull on the floor. Dance, have fun, don't pose. Use body language! You don't have to utter a word. I have been i clubs and lost myself dancing before, thought i was on a crowded floor, as was always getting barged and hair tossed at me, looked around, place was 1/2 empty, bar me with an enclave of 7 or 8 unrelated HBs, all making eyes. Made my night

If you're not already able to have a fun and flirty interaction at a club, just trying to grab a girl or grind with her isn't going to help. That's the kind of thing that's surprisingly easy to do, but only if you've gotten to a spot where you don't seem come across your average needy pervert.

You could stick with clubs... and look for patios, and spots further away from the blasting music. Also learn to talk in a girl's ear, and move close to her while being smooth and not-creepy. (Working on your dance moves couldn't hurt either. With a lot of patience, I'll tell you it's worth it.)

Or you could just forget about clubs. Try bars. Try other parties where the music isn't so loud and it isn't so much about dancing and shit.
