Problem with isolating HB when she has a friend around

I always have problem after isolating a girl when her girlfriend is around. Even when she is really into and me and heavy makeouts occur, the girl would eventually say " I should go find my friend".

Also, even when the girl doesn't mention her friend, her friend will come looking for her. It gets ugly when that happens. Either the friend would lead her away or she will get very angry at her and/or me. How should I deal with the friend? Should I inform her that I'm taking her friend somewhere for abit? That seems AFC and approval seeking. Any tip and advice on isolating a girl who only came with one friend is greatly appreciated.
