So I've been talking to hot girls which has been a huge step for me mostly because I have had shyness issues. But how can I progress my talking to flirting let me give u an example of my convo today with a girl at workand maybe you can help me fine tune!
Me:" how are you doing?"
Her: "doing good you?"
Me:" staying cool out of the heat today"
Her: "can't be upset at that"
at this point in time she was doing some filling
Me: "looks like they gave you the fun job"
Her:"lol yeah I've been at this all week and it just drags on!"
Me: "makes eight hours feel like 16 huh?"
Her: "yes but it's friday thank god!"
My job was done in that room so I had to leave so I said have a good weekend
Any ideas how I could have sparked her intrest a little more?

Absolute vital thing you could/should have said there was.

'Glad its friday eh? what you got planned?'

she'd then probably tell you and then maybe she might ask what you were doing, that shows your interested in her personal life and activities.

You could have then DHV'd by making up some big lie about some amazing thing you were doing that weekend or just told her the truth of what you were doing which could have been just as amazing.
