So I was hanging out earlier with some of my friends one of which happens to be best friends with my ex. Anyway, one of them asked me if I had been seeing anyone else since breaking up with her. I answered truthfully but with no specifics that "Yeah, I have been seeing other girls, although I'm not naming names." (this was all said with a chill yet confident persona).

Is this just harmless female intuition (if there is such a thing), or somewhere along the lines, is there a alternative/hidden motive for probing me?
