Why do we freeze after the opener or when approaching women?

As the title says. Why! When it comes to beautiful women we get scared to talk or approach them ? is it because we don't want to fuck it up ?

For example: Yesterday at work after one - two months of PUA reading, books and all.
I've approached a hb 8 who had a unique dressing style. I come up and said: Hey, honestly-.. And I froze there (Altho' I kept my back turned from her showing I wasn't pursuing anything. And she stopped to listen) I left right after. But my mind was blown since I've haven't ever approached a girl except if it was to ask a question or w/e.

I think I froze because I didn't prepare and am not experienced at all also AA is an issue. Because after I left I was like: Daaamn I could of just asked her if I looked like a drug dealers with that watch and joke around, ha-ha. I was still laughing at it tho'.

What do you guys think ?

Ya that's not an issue for all of us you're right it seems like you have AA and just blanked out. Just work on conquering that issue and you should be fine

The approach was the hard bit and you didn't get an autopilot so she was most likely interested. An opinion opener would have worked well.

Agreed. A situational one could've worked as well
