As the title says.. Is it possible to game and succeed on a girl you've perviously shown neediness, insecurities, DLVs. Etc.

In my opinion, im not too sure but i think its possible since you come back she already feels uninterested but she then noticed your this new ''you'' your out there.

What do you guys think?, cause its still a blur to me.

Yeah, its possible. It just takes time, patience, and change. I'm speaking from personal experience. This girl used to think I was a lameass loser creep. Due to some shit that I did to her via social net working online, ended up going to court with her. Got probation for 10 months.
Fast forward 3 years. Got a new style, true, better friends, lost 30 pounds.

Same girl apparently has a crush on me now. It's not impossible man.

It's possible, but you'd have to work at it for 3 years, lose 20 pounds, and be a whole new person
Unless you have oneitis, move on that's to much work for one girl
